GOVERNANCE

The Board of Directors is composed of three members. Pierre-Hugues Fortin and P. Stuart Iversen are two lawyers who had been working with John R. McConnell for almost a decade prior to his death in 2015. They developed a close and trusting relationship with him. They were appointed as executors of John R. McConnell’s Estate and directors of the John R. McConnell Foundation to oversee the management and distribution of his funds, and to ensure that his legacy would continue after his death. A dear friend of the founder, Mr. John Tolson, was also appointed as director of the Foundation.
